Overview: 

This is a critical role in growing our business and building our brand.  The successful candidate will drive internal and external marketing campaigns to success as measured by standard industry metrics.  Reporting to the VP of Customer Operations, the Performance Marketing Manager will perform a wide variety of marketing functions with a heavy focus on demand generation and brand building working with the VP for overall decision making.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Management: Build and manage calendars for direct email marketing, webcasts, and related integrated marketing campaigns for new research, and execute according to those plans.
  • Branding: Elevate the LNS brand via great design, engaging social media and PR campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure our messaging is communicated in a clear, compelling and consistent way across our sales and marketing efforts, and support sales team with compelling sales tools and materials.
  • Performance: Track and report key performance indicators across all programs.
  • Manage external designers and agencies to support marketing activities.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years in progressively responsible marketing positions, preferably in technology or services.
  •  Social media Ninja well versed in blogs, Twitter, webinars/webcast, LinkedIn, search ads, display ads, Google AdWords and SEO.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns to key audiences.
  • MUST be deadline driven.
  • Hubspot experience required.
  • Experience with industry-standard demand generation processes, tracking, and terminology (e.g. MQL, SQL, etc.) required.
